My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Senior pets, like Kona Boy, are just perfect for busy families with hectic schedules because they come already trained. Kona Boy is well behaved and less demanding of attention than a younger dog might be. At ten-years-old, this happy, healthy, active Akita/Golden Retriever mix looks and acts half his age. Though he gets along well with everyone-other dogs, cats and children of any age-his owners didn't see fit to include him in their relocation plans. Kona Boy would be a grateful companion in any home, and he qualifies for our Seniors for Seniors Program!
