Hi my name is Betsy and I was born June 30. I am still a baby! My parents are both Midwest BREW beagles…and I definitely have their good looks!
I'm a little tot: An all around typical puppy. I have tons of energy and I don’t seem to ever get tired. I love to run, bounce, wrestle, playing with toys and my foster siblings. I also like to hear myself bark or bark at other dogs when I want to play. Therefore, my foster mom thinks that an apartment or condo may not be ideal for me.
I'm great with other dogs and cats. They’re all my friends and prospective playmates! I am still learning how to walk nice on a leash.
I am crate trained during day and keep my crate clean. I sleep in dog bed at night. I am still trying to master the potty training skills. My foster mom says that I’m getting better every day.
My foster mom says that I am not a typical beagle because I am a very picky eater. But I swear I am a beagle! Honest!
I do have a heart murmur but it does not affect my activities. I also need daily drops in one of my eyes because my second eyelid did not form. The drops are helping to heal that. Neither condition stops me from being a very active, loving, adorable and rambunctious puppy.

Remember that owning a puppy is a full time commitment and you must have the time to commit to a dog that will be with you for 12-17 years. Beagle puppies are cute - but they are very challenging. Puppies may eat your apartment (no refund of security deposit); people who are gone for more than 5 hours at a time will need to make dog walker, neighbor or doggie daycare arrangements; and for families with very small children, puppies will chew toys, shoes, blankets and hands, feet and other important parts of your child's anatomy
