Available through CCPAL. Welcome Connie the Papillion mix. She is a about 10 pounds and her foster mom describes her as so “quiet” she forgets she is there. She blends in well in her home with other small dogs and no children. She startles easily due to her past. She was either kicked or something until a bone was broken in her rib. It is now healed and she is ready for her forever home. She is alert and light on her feet, good in a crate and nice on a car ride. A slow hand is wanted by her to pick her up but most small dogs are like this. She is up on her shots and ready for her forever home. She can be adopted locally or she can find her home on the East or the West Coast. Her adoption fee is 170 and transport is 185.
