Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We believe Lexi is a 2 year old German Shepherd Dog. She weighs about 75 pounds.
Lexi was a stray that showed up at the local kill shelter. She had a thick collar on with a broken chain attached to it. She was at risk of being euthanized and no one claimed her so we busted her out of there! Lexi is a spunky sweet girl that loves to run and play. She would make a wonderful running partner. She is crate trained and good on a leash.
Lexi is heartworm positive which is very common here unfortunately. But we have already started her slow kill treatment and will provide the necessary medication as part of her adoption fee.
**Lexi is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and doing very well in her foster home. She is ready to find her family to complete her transformation. If our sweet girl sounds like a perfect match for your family, please email us at pawhuggers@gmail.com for more information or to complete an adoption application please go to www.pawhuggers.org, hover over the Adoptables tab and then click on Adoption Application.
