Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pepper is a super sweet and very calm Terrier mix, 5 years old and approx. 12 lbs. of affection. She was rescued from a high kill California shelter 2 1/2 years ago. She was adopted into a home with a child over 10 years old and another dog. All was perfect until Pepper had a 7 year old and another toddler entered her comfortable world. It is clear that she cannot be with toddlers BUT she loves all older children and adults. She seeks attention whenever company drops by. Pepper approaches peoples with her tail wagging, asking for tummy rubs, loves petting and wants to be held. She also will let you know when someone is coming to your front door but otherwise she is not a barker. Pepper is wonderful in the car and she loves to go for walks. She is great on a leash and loves to visit around the neighborhood. Pretty little Pepper is very interested in food and, if there is another dog in the home, should eat separately. She had been favoring her rear leg but now takes a daily supplement which made all the difference. X-rays showed no injuries needing surgery. Miss Pepper would love to be someone's companion in a calm home. If you are interested in Miss Pepper please email fkrokower@msn.com and we will send you our adoption application. Her adoption fee is $200.00. Thank you for considering this precious girl for your companion as she can’t wait to once again be in her forever (and final) home.
