This beautiful dog is approx 43 lbs and 11 months as of September 2017. His mom was a pure bred Collie, and we are not sure of his dad but he is just stunning. He looks like a sheepdog mix. He spent a week at a board and train program as he was very scared of a leash. He is doing a lot better but is still somewhat timid and shy with people and could benefit from some continuation of his basic training. He loves to runs and play with his rescue buddies, loves toys, is pretty well house trained as long as he gets to go out into the yard frequently. He is well behaved and is just a really sweet dog. We prefer no small children as he is timid, and we do require a fully fenced in and secure yard, no electric fences. He would benefit from having a buddy that he can learn from and have for company.

The total adoption fee of $750 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. We also provide a coupon for a free wellness visit to the South Wilton Vet group if convenient for you.
