Jake is a male Poodle mix puppy approximately 10 months old. He has a soft coat of white curls that are non-shedding. Jake currently has a very short/shaved coat due to matting and neglect of his beautiful coat upon arrival to the shelter. Jake's curls will grow back longer and fluffy in no time. Jake currently weighs 12 pounds and should reach an ideal adult weight of 15-17 pounds. He is a perky, happy young dog who loves to romp around and have fun. Jake has a nice balance of energy for outdoor fun, walks, dog park outings or maybe the beach. When he's inside the home, he knows how to settle down curled up in a doggie bed or hanging out on the couch with family. Jake likes toys and will play with his favorites. He is also great with other dogs and will sometimes find a smaller canine friend to play chase with. Jake walks on leash and is friendly out in public. He will probably stick closer to your side when out and about since he becomes bonded quickly with those he knows and trusts. Jake has had a rough start in life, coming in stray and very neglected to a high-volume shelter. This young boy has a wonderful disposition and is a handsome dog. He deserves a full life with a family that truly cares about him. He is going to make a wonderful, loyal, and very devoted pet and companion. Jake has been vet checked and is healthy. He is ready for his new forever home today!
Jake’s adoption donation is $475 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, UTD on VACCINATIONS, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
