My name is Berkley! I am a 2 year old Plott Hound and Mastiff mix. I was adopted as a puppy, but then I was returned in the beginning of September because my family was allergic and I was not trained properly. Being back at the rescue definitely scared me a little but these amazing people have been working on my manners and making me feel loved. A few of my favorite things include long walks (especially nature hikes), and eating treats gently out of your hands. I would make a great running buddy too! I still have lots of energy because I am basically a large puppy; however, once I get that energy out I calm down and cuddle! Not realizing how big I am a home with older kids would be the best fit for me. I still wonder every night when I will get to be in a home and sleep with my forever family but Hopeful Tails tells me I just have to be patient. My adoption fee is $225 and includes a training session.
