Ritz is just a happy, cute baby who loves getting pets and attention. He doesn't really care what's going on around him so long as he is getting love. He wasn't well cared for when he came to us. But we took care of his dirty, matted coat and now his outside matches his inside! He loves going on walks and gets very excited when he is out and about. He is super eager to meet other dogs and people. Although he loves to be around people he is not super clingy and is just happy to do his own thing. He's ready for his forever home right now.
