1/25/09 Handsome Sam has a forever family - hooray for that lucky pup!

12/17/08 Sam is a great choice if you are looking for a medium-sized dog! He is a handsome Labrador Retriever mix who is eight months old. He has a wonderful brown coat that is the color of coffee with cream in it! Sam has such a sweet personality, and is very gentle and good-natured. He has one of those faces that looks like he is always smiling at you! Sam has great manners and is always ready to be at your side for a long walk. He especially enjoys playtime, and he loves to bound about in the shelter yard. Sam is very affectionate and enjoys being hugged and petted. Sam does well with people of all ages, and also gets along with other dogs. He is a very bright young dog and already knows the sit command. Sam will be the best forever friend!
Sam is at our partner shelter in TN and is scheduled to come north in early January
