My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cherry is a one year old German Shepherd mix. She loves attention and is quite affectionate. Cherry is highly trainable. She may chase cats, but is not aggressive toward them. Cherry will resource guard treats she regards as high value so we don't recommend her in a home with small children. She is fine around other dogs.


All dogs at our shelter have been started on a vaccination program, de-wormed, treated with Revolution for fleas, spayed/neutered and microchipped. The adoption fee for a dog is $150. If you are a PA resident, you will also be required to purchase a dog license. There are 2 licensing options : annual licenses are $6.50 and are renewable every January. Lifetime licenses are $31.50 and never need to be renewed.
