I am a big sweet love-bug who just wants to run and play and cuddle. I LOVE people and I can be very calm and am ALWAYS ready for Lovins and attention. I walk well on a leash and even better with a harness. I also know how to wait patiently for treats while sitting! Currently, I am about 60lbs and around 2 years old. I have been waiting for the perfect forever home to find me, they say good things come to those who wait. All the people who meet me say "Eli, you are going to go to a forever home and make a lucky someone so happy!" This is my dream. I cannot wait to be a best friend, a cuddle buddy, and most of all, a forever loved family member.
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! First, CPR will be at Petland Discounts in Southbury, CT on Friday, March 16th from 2pm-6pm. Then, CPR will be at PetSmart in Meriden, CT on Saturday, March 17th from 10am-2pm. Lastly, CPR will be at the Charlotte Violet Hubbard Sanctuary Event at Frazier Woods Montessori School, 173 S Main Street, Newtown, CT on Sunday, March 18th from 12pm - 3pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $425 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog has tested positive for heartworms and has been treated.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
