SHH! Can you keep a secret? My name is LOVE BANDIT. I am on the FBI’s most wanted list. You see I steal hearts! I have quite a collection of stolen hearts at the moment. Please don’t turn me in, I can’t help it! I am the cutest 30 lb beagle you have ever seen. OH! You noticed the 30 lb thing did you? Let me tell you I’m not fat, I’m big boned. Honest I am! I don’t eat as much as my 20 lb foster mate Cord. I will nibble about ½ of my food and walk away. It’s fun because my foster’s can’t figure why I don’t lose weight. I’m active too. Do you know I can run up the basement stairs? I can! That’s one way I stay so trim. I can also climb baby gates. I am getting good at it too.
I like to play with the foster’s new cat too. I think there is a picture attached. You should know that I let him get on top of me and bite me! I could take him easily but I won’t because he is my buddy. As I said I am the Love Bandit. I like to snuggle when I’m not playing. I really like to spend time outside too. I know this is a short introduction but I have to go steal some more hearts now. See you soon.
P.S. You can try to protect your heart but I must tell you it won’t help. I will steal it!
Foster note: Love Bandit is a very sweet beagle girl. She is about 6 years old. She does weigh 30 lbs but is very active. She doesn’t appear to be fat. Her body is very firm. And as she said, she doesn’t eat very much. She is fed twice a day and on some days she will walk away from her food without touching any of it. When she does eat she always leaves most of it. She is a happy girl and tries very hard to please. When she is given a correction she responds immediately.
