Lincoln's Story...
I’m a sweet, shy, little guy by the name of Lincoln. I’m looking for a patient person to give me a loving home. I’m only 8 months old and I haven’t seen too much of this world yet so I’m feeling a little scared… As long as someone will give me time I will bond very close and become very sweet and loving… I do great around other dogs and I’m cute as could be. I will probably be fine around older children, though I will need someone calm and understanding to help me come out of my shell. Let’s say understanding children over 10 for now… So how about it… Help a lost soul out? 8 months old-15lbs. My adoption fee is $220 and includes; microchip, neuter, 6 week Training Class, free veterinary exam (Portland/Milwaukie area)  ,1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lincoln, a Portland Norfolk Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norfolk Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Norfolk Terrier dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norfolk Terrier breeders who help with Norfolk Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
