My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I'm Suzy!

I'm a petite and sassy little girl, hoping to find a family that can show me a calm home where I will thrive. You might think that with my stunning good looks I'd be pretty high maintenance but really I need very little beside some human affection, a couple short walks a day and a couple handfuls of food. Give me a chance and you'll see I'm really pretty easy, I'm affectionate and I'm very grateful for the little things.

There is one thing you should know. I've had the burden of taking care of my generously built "little" brother these past few years, and I'll tell you it has been tough at times- he is such a dolt and constantly needs protection! Every time something is knocked over, spilled or chewed they never thought it might be him only, and when it came to our favorite game barking at other dogs on the other side of the fence, even that just seemed to only get us in trouble. Plus he's taken to stealing all the bones my foster father has given us and he's always been quickest to the dog bowl too, hence my girlish physique. So please don't tell him this but I'm ready to move on and be the only dog in the family, and if I never have to deal with another dog again that might just be OK with me too.

Have you ever wished you could adopt one of the boxers on our available page but you just can't have another dog? Do you want to make a difference in the life of a homeless boxer? Now you can, become a rescue boxers best friend and sponsor a boxer in our program!

Each boxer that enters into our program requires vet care, some only require a few shots but more often than not they need extensive vet care such as surgery or other expensive medical treatments. Our adoption fee's are NOT enough to cover our vet bills.

All the dogs also require food, blankets, grooming, advertising and transportation.

To sponsor a boxer: please visit our Available Boxers page and select a boxer. Then enter his name on the pay pal page by clicking below image:
