Meet Kami! She is great with kids and wonderful on leash with her mellow energy level. What a love this chunky girl is! Kami is very social and rides great. She enjoys cuddles on the couch and play time in her foster family's big fenced yard. She is just the best and is going to make a wonderful family companion. Kami is a around 3-4 years old and under 50 pounds so a short stocky medium size. Her foster family thinks she is just the best!
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at Petco in Southington on Friday August 2nd from 2pm - 6pm and on Saturday August 3rd from 10am - 2pm! On Sunday August 4th CPR will be hosting an Open House at our adoption center located at 522 N. Georges Hill Rd in Southbury from 10am-1pm. We can not guarantee approval on site at the events, so we recommend applying ahead of time. You can apply at the event, but the application process may not be able to be completed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $450 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog tested positive for heartworms and has been treated in our care.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
