RACHEL's Story...
Rachel was found in Towaco section of Montville. She is very sweet. She knows sit and is very good waiting for her food and treats. She is about 20 pounds underweight, she has a scar on her back leg that we think came from being caught on a rope, her skin is very dry from not having good nutrition. She has been eating well, has been vet checked and is doing great. She did wonderful at the groomers for her bath. She was loose with other dogs and was fine with them but Rachel should be the only pet, she may have problems with sharing food with another dog, possibly something she will get over when she realizes she will no longer be without. Rachel had a visit at the municipal offices and loved everyone

Why Adoption is a Great Option

RACHEL, a Montville Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Montville, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Montville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Montville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Montville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Montville paves the way for another one to be saved.
