I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Precious is a very sweet little girl, who is full grown about the size of a Beagle. She appears to be part Beagle but she rarely barks. Precious loves to play ball in the back yard, and chase her plush squeaky toys inside the house. She would make an excellent family dog, as she would love to have somebody to play with. She also likes sleeping on the bed or the couch, anywhere she can be close to her humans. She loves to go for walks, and rides in the car very well. She is house trained & will let you know when she needs to go potty by standing in front of the door. Precious is not hyper, but she will chase the ball as long as some one is there to throw it, and then she wants to come inside to nap. Precious is very healthy, heart worm negative, and has had all her shots. Precious will need a fenced yard. If you would like more information on Precious please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 803-635-4252 and leave a message.

Come Meet Our Pets...
Please contact us for an appointment to meet any of our adoptable pets at their foster home. We do sometimes have public adoption events ... please contact us for future schedules. Our Adoption Process...
Anyone interested in adopting one of our pets should contact us for an interview. We do have a questionnaire and an adoption contract and a home visit is also required before a potential adopter is approved. Our regular adoption donation for dogs is $200.00 which includes their current shots, microchip, and spay/neuter. Our regular adoption donation for cats is $120.00 which includes current shots, microchip & spay/neuter. We do have some dogs and/or cats that may have a higher adoption donation. In this case the adoption donation amount will be noted in the description of the pet. Sunset Animal rescue increased the donation amount for dogs in 2009 due to increased costs for food, spay/neuter, medication, gas, etc. We do prefer that all adoptive families for dogs have a securely fenced yard.
