Spencer was just rescued from the shelter and needs a great home! Here is what we've noticed about this cutie:

Spencer is an adorabale very friendly little pup! He is about 8-9lbs and around 4 mos old. He seems to love everyone he meets and will melt your heart with those adoring eyes!
