Penelope is a sweet girl and the best cuddler. She is just as happy cuddling as she is taking long walks. She needs to be the only pet in the home. This is a common characteristic in her dominant breed of rat terrier. She is housebroken and sleeps in her crate at night, mostly because she chooses to. She is up to date on all of her immunizations. If you are interested in adopting her and she is the right fit for your family please let me know.
