My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This pup is around 10 weeks old and ready to find her furever home! She is such a sweetheart and so lovable. This puppy is very social, playful, silly, and so much fun. She is great with other doggies and loves every human she meets. Such a perfect family companion Merida is going to make! You will just fall in love with all her cuteness the moment you meet her!

This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! First, CPR with be with North Shore Animal League on Friday, March 23rd at PetValu, 100 Main Street North, Southbury, CT from 2pm-6pm. Then, CPR will be hosting an Open House at their adoption center located at 522 N. Georges Hill Rd in Southbury, CT on Saturday, March 24th from 10am-2pm. Lastly, CPR will be at the John Gagnon Pet Resort’s Adoption Event, 227 Upton Road, Colchester, CT on Sunday, March 25th from 11am-2pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. Come meet our pups and find your forever friend!

The adoption fee is $500 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee.

If you are an MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.

TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get a confirmation. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back.

After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! If you have not heard from one of our volunteers within 5 days of submitting your application, please email mollibo@gmail.com.
