3-22-09 Lewis has gone to his forever home. What a lucky pup!

3-15-09 Lewis is here and he is as sweet as pie. His foster mom says "Lewis is a very sweet puppy. His pictures just don't do him justice. So far his transition is going well; he made some noise in his crate last night I think he missed his litter mates. He seems a bit shy around little kids and tends to back away and beg to be picked up, he's a funny little dog and he likes to be carried. He does really well with other dogs and is not shy with them at all.

2-11-09 Say hello to Lew. He and his eight other brothers and sisters were abandoned at our partner shelter in chilly January. He is around 3 months old and is as cute as can be. Lewis needs an indoor home with a loving family so he can run and play.

*all our pets are in our partner shelters in the south unless marked "In Maine or "In New England". We can only bring as many dogs north as we have foster homes so please consider providing a safe temporary home for a sweet pal**
