My name is "MINDY" ” and I’m a very pretty gray and white girl. Lexus, my sister, and I are looking for a "forever home". I am a little shy, (just like my sister), but only if I don't know you. When I get to know you I will follow you up around the house every where you go. I love to be petted all over, but I especially like my head scratched. I am very affectionate and love to play all the time with my foster Mom and my toys. I may not be a young kitten, but I still a teenager. Sometime I will be a little afraid when you first pick me up, cuz I don’t know you and I’m working on that, and I’m getting better already! Mindy is vaccinated, altered, FeLV/FIV tested negative and microchipped.

Save The Animals Rescue Team, (S.T.A.R.T.) is a non-profit humane organization, founded by Annette Lamberti, that rescues stray, abandoned, injured, and abused kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs. The animals rescued are examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and placed in one of our volunteer foster homes. Since S.T.A.R.T. does not have a shelter facility, these animals remain in our foster care until they are adopted. So many of these unfortunate animals are victims of pet overpopulation, therefore, this life-saving work is critical!!
It is our mission to prevent cruelty, promote spay/neuter, and to encourage awareness through education, while also teaching respect for all animals and the environment they live in. S.T.A.R.T. is a 501 (c)(3) private non-profit organization relying on and supported by tax-deductible donations, grants and group fund raising.
