Travis's Story...
Tasha, these puppies mom, was found on the interstate (in the middle of nowhere) in Arizona by a kid truckdriver. She was pregnant as could be and her pups were due any day. She has 7 beautiful babies (Tabitha, Tanner, Tina, Tonya, Travis and Trevor) that are 7 weeks old and almost ready to go to their new homes! There was nothing around, so we believe Tasha must have been dumped out in the desert when her owners did not want to deal with her anymore. All the pups are wonderful, they are very well socialized as they are living in someone's house with them and have been handled since the day they were born. They have access to the patio and yard and have been doing all their business outside - very impressive for a 7 week old puppy! Their spaying and neutering are a required component of the adoption and the cost is included in the adoption fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Travis, a El Segundo Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in El Segundo, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog puppy from a breeder in El Segundo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Segundo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Segundo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Segundo paves the way for another one to be saved.
