My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Darcy's Cat-Tale: Darcy was born about August 15, 2008. She was taken in by someone in an apartment building, only to be kicked back outside when pets weren't allowed. She was taken back in during the winter, only to become homeless once more when pets were not allowed. She's a beautiful Long-haired black & white kitty. She's learning what toys are and loving it, especially mice !!!!
Darcy is shy and not the first one to bolt across the room. She'd do well in a quiet home, she's pretty content to be playing & have a 'spot' that she can hide in, if she's feeling insecure. She's very loving.....she needs a cat-whisperer who understands that she needs time to adjust to her new home.
She needs someone who's going to love her for the rest of HER life......not just keep her for sometime and then grow tired and toss her outside to fend for herself. She's cute as can be and deserves a loving home........and someone to love.
Understandably she's not 100% trusting of people - as no one has been 'there for her'....... consistently. If you're someone with the desire to love this cat for who she is and give of yourself, so she knows not all poeple are uncaring......please come meet Darcy.
