Hi, my name is Copper and unfortunately, my life hasn't been so great. But, I know with the help of CPR it is about to change for the better! I guess my previous family cared for me somewhat because I was fed and given water, but that was it. Now I know life can be wonderful since being rescued by CPR and being in a loving foster home. Now my foster mom wants to brag on me. Copper is so affection and loves to be loved on. On the car ride to vet he enjoyed looking out the widow to the new life ahead of him. He would love an active family and would adore children to play with. Copper is so deserving of a happy, loving life. Copper is about 5 years old and weighs 54lbs. Please consider adding him to your life and the reward of his love will be priceless.

This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! First, CPR will be at PetValu in Southbury on Friday, July 13th from 2pm-6pm. Then, CPR will be at Le Bobadel Gourmet Market at 819 Straits Turnpike in Middlebury, CT on Saturday, July 14th from 10am-2pm. Lastly, CPR will be hosting an Open House at their adoption center at 522 N. Georges Hill Rd in Southbury, CT on Sunday, July 15th from 10am-1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $425 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog tested positive for heartworms and has been treated.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
