Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Huck is a big, clumsy, awkward, adorable, overgrown puppy. He is around 6 years old and weighs in at 73 pds. His personality is nothing but happy. He loves to run and play. Huck is learning doggie manners in his foster home, how to walk on a leash and sleeping in a crate at night. He would be wonderful for long walks and playing outside. He enjoys riding in the car. He will be an adventurous and fun family member. He has a beautiful hound bark, but is not a continual barker but does have a loud bark when he gets a scent for something. Huck will make a wonderful companion for an active family. He does need a fenced yard for running space and much needed exercise.
The adoption fee is $425 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee.
This dog has tested negative for heartworms.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get a confirmation. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back.
