Tiger's Story...
Tiger is a very friendly Domestic Short Hair (DSH) Dilute Calico cat who we think is probably about a year old. She seems to really enjoy finding the loftiest perch to lay on to sleep or watch the goings on in the room below. But, all it takes is to call her, and she comes right down because she loves affection. She is a real sweetheart. Officially, our animals are only given three weeks to find homes before they are to be euthanized, so if you are interested in giving this one or any other a loving, forever home, please don't hesitate call us at 573-642-7443 or it may be too late!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tiger, a Fulton Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Fulton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Fulton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fulton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fulton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fulton paves the way for another one to be saved.
