Luna's Story...
Luna is a lovely, sweet, playful and fun eight-month-old, green-eyed kitty with Turkish Van markings looking for a wonderful new home. Luna seems fine with other cats and dogs and adores people. Luna is very healthy, uses her litter box, has all her claws - and wants to keep it that way. Luna is spayed, up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccines, micro-chipped and virus-tested. Her adoption fee of $75 will go towards reimbursing her foster mom for her vet bills. To meet and possibly adopt Bella Luna, please contact Laurie at pigmentdesign@yahoo.com or call 312-933-4626.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a Chicago Turkish Van cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Turkish Van for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Turkish Van cat from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Turkish Van breeders who help with Turkish Van rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
