Artimus is around a couple years old and weighs about 50 lbs. He is such a fun and happy boy. Artimus loves everybody he meets and enjoys the company of others. He likes to go for walks and take trips to the park. Artimus is a very friendly and social fella that enjoys meeting new people and making new friends. He enjoys playing outside, snuggling, belly rubs, and yummy treats. This sweetie will bring so many laughs to your home and is going to make the best family companion and best friend.
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! First, CPR will be at Petland Discounts in Southbury on Friday, July 20th from 2pm-6pm. Then, CPR will be at PetSmart in Meriden, CT on Saturday, July 21st from 10am-2pm. Lastly, CPR will be part of the “Best Dog in The World” event with Stone Veterinary Hospital at Marty's Cafe, 4 Green Hill Road in Washington, CT on Sunday, July 22nd from 11am-1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $425 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog has tested negative for heartworms.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
