Bosco's Story...
Bosco is a chow/shepard mix about 3 years old. He's been neutered and has up-to-date shots. Bosco has been well taken care of and loved, but is now in need of a new home. When his owner, a single parent, lost his job they were evicted. He found temporary housing for his daughter but couldn't find a place to stay that would take Bosco, so he and Bosco have been living out of a car for the past four months. Bosco has a sweet disposition and is quite friendly. He loves to run and play. He'd make a great companion for a jogger. Protective of his family, but not aggressive. Would make a good family pet. He's housebroken. If interest in giving Bosco a good home, please call Nancy at 818-609-0210 evenings; 310-423-4636 days or e-mail njingle@aol.com.

This dog is for adoption through a private party, please contact the person listed in the above description.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bosco, a Rolling Hills Estates German Shepherd Dog/Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Chow Chow for sale in Rolling Hills Estates, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Chow Chow dog from a breeder in Rolling Hills Estates.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rolling Hills Estates already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rolling Hills Estates breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Chow Chow breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rolling Hills Estates paves the way for another one to be saved.
