My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

INITIAL BIO 02/15/09: MEET ISABEL - she is a precious 10 y/o, 5# yorkie whose owner was unable to care for her any longer. She is being fostered in Belleair Bluffs, FL. Isabel is very thin and malnourished - she has severe fleabite dermatitis - her skin is very crusty and bleeding in some places - she has had this condition for some time and it is painful for her. Isabel may have kidney disease - more testing will be done after she is feeling better and perks up a bit - she was sooooo sad when she came into rescue. Isabel also has a ping-pong-sized lump behind her right ear, which will be biopsied at a later time as well. Otherwise, she is a very sweet and loving little girlie and is enjoying sitting on her Foster Mom's lap and getting lots and lots of attention from the whole family.
