Hermes's Story...
Hermes is a subtle brown/cream ticked tabby with some black striping on his tail, bracelets and golden eyes. He is definitely MR. LOVEBUG!



Hermes is approximately 1 year old and wants to rub and head butt everybody he meets!. Hermes just doesn't know he is a cat!!! He prefers people to other kitties and would thrive as an only child. We definitely need to get full body photos of him ( once he sits still!) as his coat is gorgeous! Even his groomer commented on his beauty.





Hermes was kicked out of his home about one month ago by a uncaring owner who simply did not want him anymore. The owner figured he could survive at one of our feral feeding stations nearby. The foster who found him tried to return him to his owner, but the owner merely stated the cat would go to the city shelter or stay on the street.



Hermes is much too sweet a kitty to deserve anything less than a second chance with us! He was much the 'showoff' at our last adoption day rubbing up against all the visitors and begging to be taken home!Hermes is quite the talker and loves to carry on conversations with his foster parents.




Hermes has tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV, is current on all vaccines and is neutered.





Please bear in mind, that we take several applications on each of our adoptables, and the best match possible is made in both the interest of the animal and the adopter. There is no such thing as 'first come, first serve' when it comes to our adoption process. It is deliberate and careful, as the animal you adopt is your responsibility for the duration of his or her lifetime.


Our Adoption Area is LIMITED to Philadelphia and the IMMEDIATE surrounding suburban counties . We DO NOT adopt out of state.
