Frontier's Story...
Frontier is a handsome 4 year old brindle male.
FOSTER HOME: He doing great in the house. He such a gentleman and is doing well with the pom-pom too. Frontier is going to make a nice pet for someone.

His picture doesn't do him justice, he is much better looking in person. He is quite the gentleman at the kennel. Always letting the girls get water first, go through the doors first, and get their food first. He is a laid back fellow who just wants to enjoy retirement with a soft pillow and lots of love and goodies. He may look older in his photos but he's young at heart with a heart of gold. He will be a catch for any family!'

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frontier, a Gerrardstown Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Gerrardstown, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Gerrardstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gerrardstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gerrardstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gerrardstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
