Parker's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Parker's Story...
Parker is a sleek, young, handsome black & white cat! He was part of a trapping project behind a restaurant in Phoenixville. He was too nice and mellow to put back out with all the others there who were far more territorial than he was! Parker is GREAT with other cats, but still shy with people...he's a "work in progress". But we have no doubt, with love, patience, kindness, and the right match, he has the potential to become a part of some lucky family. He's very gentle; doesn't hiss or try to scratch when you hold him, and he looks forward to the one-on-one attention and petting he is getting from his foster mom. If you think you might be the right one for Parker, please ask for more information...he's one sweet boy...

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Parker, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
