Zito's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Zito's Story...
Zito is a spayed female Miniature Pinscher, born in October 2008, who is currently on the mend from a broken leg resulting from a fall (see photo). She weighs about 7 lbs now, but will like reach about 12 lbs when grown. She is very cuddly, a lover of laps, but also likes to play with toys. She is good with other dogs, she's crate trained, and is working on her housetraining each day. She'd prefer not to live with cats. She should do with gentle children above 7 years of age.

She is friendly, full of energy, and a busy little girl. You may meet her at any time, but she won't be available for adoption until after 4/6/09 -- to give her leg time to heal.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zito, a Vista Miniature Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Vista, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher puppy from a breeder in Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
