Beau's Story...
19 January 2009 - Introducing Beau!
My name is Beau! I'm almost a year old, white with a black mask and spot. I'm a very loving, fun, and sensitive boy. I'm shy and very polite. I respond really well to verbal correction and will remember something well once you teach me. I love playing and would like a home with other small dog-siblings. I can get scared easily and am a little nervous with bigger dogs-- I'm also a little bit of a whiner and will complain very loudly if I get scared. I am good with cats-- although I want to play with them, I don't usually make them mad. I'm getting really good at going potty outside. I am also mostly crate trained. I'd love to be your snuggle-buddy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beau, a Centinnial Italian Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound for sale in Centinnial, or seeking a Italian Greyhound dog from a breeder in Centinnial.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Centinnial already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Centinnial breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Centinnial paves the way for another one to be saved.
