My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

March 20/09
The saga of George continues. He is an absolute doll and everyone that meets him loves him. He has been to our vet and given a clean bill of health. Even they were pleased with his sweet temeperment. He has stopped chasing the cat and now only barks at it wanting it to play. We are sure this boy would do well with kids. He loves everyone and everything. While getting him into a car is still an issue he is getting so much better.
George is crate trained and once you tell him to go to bed, in he goes. When you leave he does bark, but only for a few minutes.
Everyone would love George to go to his new home soon. His foster family totally loves him. He is their first foster and when he leaves everyone's heart will break. If you think you might be the home for George please drop us a line at wcrr.info@gmail.com

George is a wonderful young boy!
We are thinking he is crossed with a German Shepherd, but who really knows. George is very dog social, and bonds deeply to his humans. We don’t think George has had much exposure to city life so we are taking things slowly. He gets a little stressed riding in the car, but settles down quickly. He is a shy boy that will need to slowly be introduced to new experiences.

George must attend obedience classes with his new owners. While he is good on the leash, and knows sit, there are many other things he needs to learn and obedience classes are a good way for him to bond to his family and learn at the same time. We would prefer that George go to a family without very small children only because of his size and puppy behavior. Ideally, his new family would have big dog experience and another dog to play with and teach George the ropes of family living
