Ten month old Pumpkin is just as sweet as she is cute. She is a little couch potato and can be shy when she meets new people, but warms up and makes friends quickly. She isn't too into toys, but loves to play with people and dogs alike. She is not particularly fond of cats, however, so would probably do best in a feline-free home. She is good on the leash as well as potty trained and weighs approximately 35 lbs. She will make a great partner for all of your adventures and happily settle in for some down time with her people.
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! First, CPR will be at PetValu in Southbury on Friday, July 13th from 2pm-6pm. Then, CPR will be at Le Bobadel Gourmet Market at 819 Straits Turnpike in Middlebury, CT on Saturday, July 14th from 10am-2pm. Lastly, CPR will be hosting an Open House at their adoption center at 522 N. Georges Hill Rd in Southbury, CT on Sunday, July 15th from 10am-1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $425 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog has tested negative for heartworms.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
