Meet Lady Bird. This dog is not only beautiful, she is young, fit, and very athletic. This amazing gal was absolutely ecstatic to be able to get out of her pen and play. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to let her loose to run. We only had a short leash and a few minutes to spend with her. She did tell us that she liked to play fetch, though! For anyone who loves Pointers, Lady Bird would make you a wonderful dog. She just needs lots of activity, plenty of room to run, and someone to love her unconditionally…….
The animals at the shelter have five days to find a home. The Humane Society of Cherokee County, Inc., is the rescue and adoption agent for this shelter. We are trying to save as many animals as possible from this shelter by adoption. The $75 adoption fee includes all rabies, DHPP and bordatella vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, and heartworm test.
