Brady's Story...
Adopted 2009; not available. Original bio: This sweet, gentle Yorkie mix puppy boy is about 11 months old and weighs less than 5 lbs. He loves everyone - dog and human. Brady LOVES to play with the other small dogs in his foster home, as well as play with the toys. If he can't decide which toy he wants from the toy box, he lays in it and plays with all of them. He is now completely potty trained (goes outside in the backyard). Brady is neutered, current on his vaccines, microchipped, and dewormed. He was rescued from a So. CA shelter, where he wasn't doing well and wouldn't eat. He's doing great now and is getting lots of love, attention, and good care. We just did the bile acid test for Brady and he does NOT have a liver disorder; his results were perfectly normal - yea!!! Brady would be happiest in a home with another small K9 friend. If you can provide this type of home for Brady, please ask for an application. Brady's adoption donation is $350.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brady, a Orange Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Orange, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in Orange.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orange already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orange breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orange paves the way for another one to be saved.
