Tyson's Story...
Tyson is a beautiful Boxer between the ages of 5-6. He is a wonderful boy who knows how to sit, stay, give paw, lay down, wait, and drop toys on command. He is housebroken, walks great on lead and is crate trained. He also rides wonderful in the car. He loves to be by your side and give kisses. Tyson does have some arthritis in his knees but gets around just fine, he sits a little funny, but other than that you would never know. He is otherwise in perfect health! He wants nothing more than to be by your side and cuddle. He is a rather calm boy but will play and ruff house with you if you want him too. Tyson is not good with other dogs but doesn't mind cats, he actually wants to play with them. For more information on Tyson please email Jayme at RobertsRescue@aol.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tyson, a Baltimore Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
