Dimples's Story...
Her name says it all: Dimples is a happy, sweet girl with a ton of love to give! She is super friendly, and loves to play fetch with her toys. Dimples is smart and already knows "sit" and "down". She is working on her leash-skills, and would love to attend a doggie obedience or training class with you to help her hone those skills. She is gentle when taking treats, and just adores being with her people. Can you give this happy-go-lucky girl a home? For more information, please call Katie at 619-788-7880.

To meet Dimples, please go directly to the South County Animal Shelter in Bonita today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dimples, a San Diego Pointer/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Pointer/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pointer/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
