Hayley's Story...
Hayley is a calm and quiet girl, very obedient and affectionate. She had quite the wild hairdo when we saw her at the local pound - a bath and a haircut fixed all that and she seemed to thoroughly enjoy the pampering! The pictures were taken right after her grooming, so it's hard to see her beautiful brindle coat. It will be very soft and silky when it grows back out.
Hayley was found as a stray, so we don't know anything about her background, but we can say with certainty, that this is one sweetheart of a dog. Hayley loves to walk around the farm. She's great on leash and loves the cats! She gets along fine with other dogs but is happiest curled up next to you. She's a real 'lap dog'.
Hayley weighs 16 lbs. and is full grown at 1 and a half years old. She has been spayed and is current on her shots. She is heartworm negative and on monthly preventative. She has been microchipped..and she is crate-trained and housebroken. If you'd like to give Hayley a home, please contact cedarfarm@yadtel.net. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hayley, a Mocksville Affenpinscher/Papillon dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Affenpinscher/Papillon for sale in Mocksville, or seeking a Affenpinscher/Papillon dog from a breeder in Mocksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mocksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mocksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Affenpinscher/Papillon breeders who help with Affenpinscher/Papillon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mocksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
