Olive's Story...
***NEW***

My name is Olive, and I am a 6 year old white and red female beagle gal. I was also brought to Arizona by a kind rescue group, that got me out of a terrible puppymill. I spent my whole life with no love and no nice bed to sleep on. I was in a very small crate, just left there to have babies for people to buy at the pet stores. I pray every day that this will stop happening to all the dogs out there. We need to know the kind hand of a human, and not make babies for them to profit off of.

So, here I am, and I am going to need soemone that is patient with me. I am the oldest of the 4 of us that came to Arizona Beagle Rescue, so it may be harder for me to adjust to the "good" life. So, if you think you can give me that special love and kind heart. Please check me out and put in an application for me. I would love to be loved by you!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olive, a Phoenix Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
