Roger Dodger's Story...
03/29/09: OMG What a cute puppy! This little fluffy guy was rescued by a good samaritan. Unfortunately, she does not have the ability to keep him and as a result, Roger Dodger is currently living outside. This poor boy is very shy. We would love to find an indoor foster home for him with a fenced yard and another well-adjusted dog or two, to show him that humans are good!

Dodger is 4-5 months old. He is up-to-date on vaccines and neutered.

If you can provide a safe and loving foster home for Roger Dodger, please contact marionangels@yahoo.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roger Dodger, a Marion Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Marion, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy from a breeder in Marion.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marion already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marion breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marion paves the way for another one to be saved.
