My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scarlet is Adopted

Scarlet is currently fostered in Lisbon, Ohio and her adoption fee/donation is $325

Scarlet is an adorable 4 yr old female cockapoo. She came to our rescue from a breeder that was closing her breeding program.

Scarlet is in her foster home and doing well, she is learning to be a beloved pet in a home enviornment where she is thriving.
Her foster mom says she is very sweet and friendly, a little on the timid side, but warms up over time.
She is using a doggy door to do her business outside, so we do believe she is house trained, but may be used to a doggy door from her kennel days.
She will need some work if she is in a home that does not have a doggy door.

Scarlet is doing well with the other cockapoos in her foster home, she is very social with other dogs, and also tolerates a cat.
She had some skin issues when arriving to our rescue, which we believe was caused by un treated allergies, and living in a kennel enviornment.
So far, we do not see any behavior issues in her, and she seems to be coming out of her shell more every day.

Scarlet is still fairly new to our rescue, so we are still evaluating and observing as we learn more about her.

Scarlet is spayed, microchipped, up todate on vaccines, had a dental, and tested negative for heartworms.
