Gracie's Story...
I am a really sweet girl and I love people. Also, I am very good with kids. I do know some commands such as sit, down, off and shake although I would need to brush up on these because when I get excited I sometimes forget them. I am crate trained and basically housetrained. I would love to be a lap dog but I’m a little too big for that. I am somewhat picky when it comes to other dogs, as I like to be the boss. I am looking for someone to love and play with me because I have lots of energy and love to give. Please come and see me because I am really much cuter than my picture!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gracie, a Oxford Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Oxford, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Oxford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oxford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oxford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oxford paves the way for another one to be saved.
