Muffin's Story...
Hi there, I'm Muffin. I am a mixed breed about 50 or so pounds. I love people. I can be a little shy at first but I am a big lovebug once I get to know you. I'm calm in a house and I walk well on a leash. I love going for walks. I'm mostly a calm dog but do enjoy the occasional romp in the yard. I really like sitting with you and getting pets. If you would like to know more about me, contact Aarf at aarfva@hotmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Muffin, a Richmond Dutch Shepherd/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dutch Shepherd/Boxer for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Dutch Shepherd/Boxer dog from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dutch Shepherd/Boxer breeders who help with Dutch Shepherd/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
