Update: Stitches had three seizures and is now on anti-seizure medication. We are going to try to wean him off it after 3 months and see if the seizures return. It's possible the seizures were a one time thing. If the seizures come back, he'll likely have to be on daily seizure medicine.
Stitches may be the cutest dog we've ever seen! He has a crazy overbite and his face is a bit pointy, but he makes it work. Stitches loves to be held even though he wiggles and tries to hug you. He is great on a leash and a compact model - he'd be great for an apartment dweller. We think he's around 2 years old. We think Stitches would do okay around cats. He does take some time to warm up to you, we think he was a backyard dog or maybe just completely ignored before we got him.
